Esparza Flores said at a news conference on Thursday March 3, 2011, the general coordinator of the Cofemer, Rodolfo Vejar Valenzuela, signed the official response from the Federal Regulatory Commission at the request of the Mexican Union of Electricians (SME ), which stresses that can not deliver a certified copy of the opinion approving the decree of suppression Luz y Fuerza del Centro, because "no opinion COFEMER decree approving the bases."
